• Location: Hervey Bay, QLD
• Facility: Regional Not‑for‑Profit Healthcare Facility

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence‑based nursing care in a rehabilitation setting
• Support patients and families with person‑centred, holistic care
• Apply best clinical practice while ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes
• Deliver effective communication, documentation, and customer‑focused service
• Uphold quality, safety, and clinical compliance standards

Key Skills / Qualifications Required

• Minimum 12 months of experience in an acute or hospital setting
• Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent) with AHPRA Registration
• Full Australian working rights
• Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and continuous development
• Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
• Willingness to meet vaccination, compliance, and criminal history check requirements

Salary & Bonus Benefits

• $36.56 – $40.93 per hour + super
